​Category Descriptions
Novelty Cake
Any basic shaped cake or sculpted cake with any theme including but not limited to show theme, birthday, holiday, graduation, etc. Any sugar/edible medium or techniques may be used.
Wedding Tiered Cake
Cakes with 3 or more tiers decorated specifically for weddings or anniversaries. It should clearly be celebrating some kind of union, traditional or otherwise, LGBT included. Tiers can be offset, floating, tilted, or stacked. Any sugar/edible medium or techniques may be used.
​Decorated Cookie
 Requires a collection of 4 or more cookies arranged artistically. Please display this entry so that each cookie may be judged without moving.

Decorated Cupcakes
 Can be real cake, Styrofoam or rice crispies. Please display this entry so that each cupcake may be judged without moving.

Gingerbread Art
All construction must be gingerbread and all decorations on entry must be edible.  Use of gum paste, fondant, pastillage, chocolate, modeling chocolate, royal icing, gelatin is encouraged. No Graham Crackers.
Confectionary Art
1) Chocolate - Mediums can be molded chocolate or chocolate modeling clay.
2) Sugar Art- Mediums can be pulled or blown sugar, pastillage, gum paste or casted sugar.
3) Gelatin  Art- Gelatin art is defined as the use of gelatin and/or any gelatin based candy medium.
